Michael Long Photography (operating as Sail Loft Goods) is a one-person fine art photography shop. This page explains what information is collected when you visit or purchase from this site, and how it is used.

What we collect

We do not run our own database or store your personal information on our own servers. Information is only collected in two situations:

• When you place an order — your name, email address, and (for physical prints) your shipping address and phone number are collected by Stripe during checkout. We receive a copy of this information in an order notification email so we can fulfill your purchase.
• When you send a message — your name, email address, and message are submitted through Formspree and delivered to our inbox.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not store your payment details — all payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
• We do not create customer accounts or maintain a mailing list.
• We do not send promotional emails.

Third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects and stores your payment and billing information. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics — anonymous site traffic data (pages visited, session duration, general location). No personally identifiable information is collected. Google Privacy Policy

Cookies

This site uses cookies only through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. No advertising or tracking cookies are used. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Order information

When you complete a purchase, we receive your name, email, order details, and shipping address (for print orders) in an order notification. This information is used solely to fulfill your order and is not shared or stored beyond our email inbox.

Your rights

If you have questions about information we may have received in connection with your order, or would like to request its deletion, please contact us. We'll respond within a few business days.
